Hello, I am having some trouble with the iOS app. I am attempting to create a consistent and updated experience across my devices using the online drive feature. We do have enterprise licenses.
When I attempt to log in on the iOS app, it doesn't really give me any indication its succeeded. it does say 'edit account', but upon closing and re-opening that is gone and I have to log in again. I also can't auto-update data sources at login. I've tested this on an iOS 14 phone, and an iOS 12.x iPad. Same results.
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Are you using the Devolutions Online Drive data source? Just asking because if you have an enterprise license you should be using one of our Team data sources: Devolutions Online Database, Devolutions Password Server, ...
As for the auto-update, if the data source is shared, just refreshing the data will update you data source entries. You should not have to think about updating.
Can you send us a few screenshots? that would help us understand.

Thank you for your feedback, we will fix the screen to be more responsive when you log in.
The option to sync the data source list is deprecated, it is no longer supported and will be removed in the next update. I apologize for the confusion.
