SimpleHelp Technician Add-on for RDM Mac

Can you confirm that the SimpleHelp macOS client can be launch using a URL? As described in the "Launching using a URL" section of their documentation?

Yes the URL launching can be used on macOS. URL launching does require the tech client to be installed on the machine though.
