Hi there / Support,
We have the following parameters for our credentials.
Username: Domain\User
Domain: none
Advance / Username format: {Domain}\{User}
With this configuration we get the following error message when RDP login.
"Information, Unable to connect Host XXX Passwort RDM !"
But with:
Username: User
Domain: Domain
and no advance setting, the RDP login is possible.
Best regards
Stefan
Hi,
We are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Could you answer a few questions to help us narrow down the issue :
-Are you using the latest version of the RDM iOS app? (2020.1.0)
-What model of iPhone/iPad are you using?
-What version of iOS is installed on the device? (go to Settings > General > and check Software Version)
Thank you
Best Regards,

Thank you for the information. Could you answer a few additional questions :
-Does the problem happen on the desktop app as well (Windows or Mac) or just on the iOS app?
-do you use variables in the username? (e.g. $CONTACT_USERNAME$ or $CUSTOM_FIELD1$)
Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for the information.
Unfortunately we're still unable to reproduce this issue on our end. We will keep an eye out for this issue but cannot promise a fix at this time.
Would it be possible for you to share the session details and/or allow us to connect? This could greatly help us identify the problem. I understand if this is not possible due to privacy or security concern. If this is possible, you can communicate with me directly to discuss this further.
Thank you
Best Regards,
Bea Racine
