Move entries between Vaults?

In order for you to be able to provide some entries stored in your private vault to your users without doing an Export/Import, you would need to do the following.

1- Select the entries from your private vault that you wish to add to your main.
2- Right-Click on them
3- Select "Clipboard" -> "Copy"
4-Make sure that the "Change ID" option is checked in the "Copy Options window
5- Move to your Main Vault, select the folder in which you wish to add your entries and Right-Click on it
6- Select "Clipboard" -> "Paste"

I tried the same procedure in our environment now. I can select the copy button in my private vault, but I can not paste it in our public vault.

Any ideas which permissions are needed to paste the object in the public vault ? In the the folder where I want to paste the object, I can create new objects manually.

Yes it's the same for me... cannot paste the item

Tried again after the latest update... I cannot copy or paste entries in the shared Vault. It works if I login as admin, but not with normal user accounts. I can't find any related options in the Vault settings, and my user group has all permissions except Edit Permissions

OK I figured it out! You need the Import and Export permissions.
I changed it using RDM - Log in to the DPS as admin, go to Administration / System Permissions and assign it to a User Group

Thank you for the information.

That is almost right. The Paste feature requires the Import permission is System Permissions and the Add permission on the destination folder to enable it. And the Copy requires the Export permission in System Permissions and the Copy Password permission on the source folder to enable it for standard users.
