Do you mean that you created your own Devolutions Password Hub instance without an invitation code? If so, please send an email to hub@devolutions.net with more details. (The instance name, your email and how you achieved that.)

If you mean, that you can see the Password Hub - Preview in your Devolutions Cloud account, that is normal.
