Password Hub & Devolutions web login extension, the extension wont login to password hub??

Im trying to setup the Devolutions web login Chrome extension to use my Password Hub but it wont login for some reason? Im already using the extension for RDM which works fine but for the Password Hub the login button wont work.

Any Ideas

What is the Devolutions Web Login version you test with?
And what is the browser?
