2019.1.3.0 Installer doesn't create an icon in the quick launch toolbar

Hello,

I've installed the new version (exe) with the following setup on multiple clients:


The old icon are removed while the setup process, however the new icon are not created.

PS: I've read the known issues about some cutted text strings and checkboxes, but should we report GUI issues like this:
