VPN Addon-Update provides same version as already installed

Hi!
When I try to update the VPN Addon through the Program, I get the same DLL Version that is already installed. I don't get the new version 3.1.1.0.
Please fix this.

Hi,
my RDM wants to install the Version 3.1.1.0 (installed is 3.1.0.0).
After restart, the same procedure every time.
Also a manual installation with local zip (vpn3.1.1.0.zip) doesn't work.

The VPN add-on version should be fixed now, updating it to 3.1.1.0 should fix the issue.
