13.5.13.0 Inventory credentials issue (from tools section)

Hello,

if we execute an inventory with configured credentials in the tools section as "Use Repository" the inventory fails- if we set it to "Choose at execution" and select the same credentials the inventory works.

Hello Min,

Could you check the "allow password in variable" box in your credential repository entry? This is required for the password to be sent via the tools.

thank you! I was 100% sure that it was enabled - after a check again I recognized it wasn't :\:

Now it works flawless as before! Thank you very much!

PS; Just to be sure, If I would configure the tools section to "Select on execution" the option "Allow Password in variable" in the credential entry is not required?

I'm noticing a few inconsistencies with behavior when Specify At Execution is used which I'll take a look at.
To answer your question, it should require the 'allow password in variable' to be checked, but it doesn't right now, so I'll check that too.
