Hi Guys,

today, we tried to use the Barracuda Ng Firewall plugin.
If I open a session in RDM without setting username and password it opens the NG firewall application, but stops at the login screen, without entering the ip.

Can you please have a look at this?

I'm using RDM 13.0.6 with the newest NG plugin.
NGAdmin_7.2.0-301

Hello,

When calling the Barracuda command line with only the host name, we call the following:

<path to executable>\<ngadmin executable> -server=<your host>

We don't do anything special if you don't use the username/password. Could you try this command outside of RDM and see if it works? I think it might be an issue with Barracuda itself.

it's acting the same, when I'm trying it over cmd.

You're right, it's a Barracuda problem.
on cmd it's only working when I add all parameters (-user= -pwd= -box -server=)

So I think we can close this.
