AnyConnect Connect Anyway Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to get anyconnect working but no matter what settings I specify for the certificate "connect anyway" it doesn't seem to accept the self signed cert. I can see in the Command Prompt output that the question is asked but then it immediately fails (connection fail). It doesn't seem to be passing the "y" character, or maybe it is but doesn't show in the output. Either way I can't seem to get a successful connection. The certificate warning occurs before authentication in our setup, there is no second window or login. I must be missing something or not understanding an option. Can someone assist me in the proper setup to get this working?
