Same here, noticed that the manual install points to the zip file with version 3.0.36.0

Thanks to report this issue, I was able to reproduce the issue it looks like RDM see in the files that the version is 3.0.38.0 which is a wrong version because the files are 3.0.36.0. The VPN should work properly without any issue, it looks to be a display issue.

This should be fixed in the next few minutes, there was indeed an update to version 3.0.38.0 but as David said the files weren't yet available. They should be available soon.
