Database Upgrade to 13.0.1.0 from 12.6.1.0 (315-357)
Hey,
Question about the database upgrade. We have about 40 technicians using the software at a time, if I upgrade to the newest version, will that mean the techs that have a lower version of RDM be UNABLE to open RDM until they have also been upgraded to 13.0.10?
As well, for the DB upgrade, will that kick out anyone currently using RDM?

What type of data source are you using?
The versions should be backward compatible but it is recommended to have everyone on the latest version

Hi Mark,
When you say data source, I assume you mean where the database is connecting to? Which in that case, it connects to a MS SQL database on one of our servers (Server 2016).
