I am passing information from a co worker and i am not fully understanding yet either. I guess it is a client software that we download to access these workspaces. We just would probably like an add on into RDM because we are a hosting company and we will most likely have to maintain many connections and credentials and best way to do that is in RDM.

I thought we could access with Wayk but my co worker says that connections are required to go through the Workspace client instead.

I could not find any command line parameters for the Windows Client, Amazon has decided to ignore account brokering it seems.

The only extension point would therefore be in the Web client, using a web session. We will need to look into this.
