I have several customers who provide access via Bomgar Access Console and I do not see a plug-in for that VPN. I've attempted to use the Bomgar Representative Console but did not have any luck as it is looking for different paths and executables. Should I be able to tweak the Representative Console to work with the Access Console or would that require an entirely different plug-in. It creates a similar folder structure and executable but they appear to be just different enough to not work. Also, I am not sure if the actual applications are too different for them both to work with the same plug-in. Here is the folder created for the Bomgar Access Console.

Hi,
Do you know if it's the same command line parameters?

It appears to be similar. I changed the default path to "...\Bomgar Access Console" but it couldn't find the executable. Just to see, I updated the "bomgar-acc.exe" to match the name for the Representative Console and it attempted to connect but failed. Here is the site with the info on this:
https://www.bomgar.com/docs/privileged-access/how-to/integrations/api/client-script/index.htm
I will add a feature request but in the meantime you could try to create a Custom VPN or Cmd Line session type with the parameters.

Thanks, I will give that a shot and really appreciate everything y'all do. Remote Desktop Manager is an amazing tool for everyone on my team.
Hi there, I just thought I'd throw my hat in on this too as we have a client that can only give us access via the Bomgar Access Console - apparently it has more features than the Rep Console does. Please let me know if there is any movement on the request to allow for either console from Bomgar or just a new plugin which hits the right executable.
Thanks!
John
Does it support command line parameters?
