Hi,
I have added this to our todo list. We will try to create an add-on for Simplehelp.

Mr. Hine,

When you mention that you want simplehelp added into the fold I assume that you are talking about the Technician Console as shown below and not the customer or remote access service executables ?

Please confirm if this assumption is correct.

I would like to second the addition of the SimpleHelp add-on. I'd like access to the technician console (each and every remote access machine, and control of their credentials --> PVM). In other words, a quick connection feature for any remote access servers/workstations that are part of my support folio. Believe it or not, the fate of my decision between purchasing ScreenConnect (which you already support) and SimpleHelp rests on the ability to centralize access via the incredible RDM platform. Some might say that is foolish....**shrug**.... The interface of SH is substantially better than SC, and the cost is much better for SH as well. If I can get it into RDM, it is a done deal.

Mr Olmstead,

Thank you for your reply. I have added Simplehelp to my TODO list and will see if I can make it work in the next few weeks.

Mr Olmstead,

A first version of the Simplehelp add on has been implemented and can be downloaded on our website here : https://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/AddOn#SessionAddOn

Once you have included the .dll to your RDM you will be able to create a SimpleHelp entry. This entry requires your credentials to login to your SH account and a technician link specific to your remote access machine. To obtain this link, select a computer in the access tab of SimpleHelp Technician and follow the steps on the image below.
