wayknow.exe close after a few seconds

Hi,

when I start wayknow.exe no Window is comming up and the wayknow.exe close after a few seconds.
The Task-Manager Show wayknow.exe and WayKnow64.exe and than both close.
I use Windows 8.1 64 bit.
