If you are not able, something is blocking our sites from being reached.

If you are able, maybe a firewall rule, or even a anti-virus, is blocking RDM itself from accessing our URLs

The URLs are all reachable with a browser.

I tried to download an AddOn with RDM via Mobile Internet Access - it's working.

What can be the difference between browser and rdm?
