Open and close sessions cycling through playlist

What would be the best approach to implement a kind of "slideshow" consisting in various sessions, displaying one session window at a time for e.g. 20 seconds, then closing the current session and connecting to the next one and so on? Can this be done by running a script/macro against a playlist?
