We need PCVISIT for RemoteSupport. It's possible to add pcvisit as session add-on?

Does it have an API/SDK? Does it accept command line parameters?

I dont know. We don't have a API/SDK. Scripting with command Line does not work.

Any idea?

There is nothing we can do for now. Perhaps you could contact them to see if they want to add a command line?
