add-on installation in application folder failed

Hi,

In some computers I have this issue every time I start the RDM Software("add-on installation in application folder failed"). I have tried to Reinstall the Software and the issue still persist, someone have faced this issue?

What version of RDM are you running?

Could you post a print screen of the error message please.
