Hello,
We use CyberArk password vault for saving credentials. Is there any plan to integrate CyberArk into RDM. I know they have some APIs making remote calls and obtaining credentials.
Use case would be: when a user launches an RDP or SSH session RDM would retrieve credential from the CyberArk vault and pass through the session.
Thanks.
That would be awesome but the problem is simple. We don't have access to the API and we are unable to get a contact at Cyber Ark. Do you know anybody that could help us?

Yes i can talk to our customer advocate from CyberArk and get you in touch with them. We can go from there. They do charge their APIs but i think you can get a trial license etc. can i get your contact information? so i can initiate the conversation.
Hi, The company i work for are just implementing cyberark and we have been looking into rdp solutions which could allow us to integrate with it and yours looks ideal. Is there anything we can do to help move this along to get cyberark integrated with your product?
Hello,
We the need help from CyberArk. This means that if you could ask them to contact us it will be great. The opposite just does not work. We are unable to get in touch with them.

We have had a cyberark consultant in to help with our deployment of their software and when i had the chance i took him aside and spoke to him about integration with your product.
When i asked he had a kind of sheepish look on his face and his reply was that they are developing their own remote desktop management software as a paid for addon to cyberark. So this is probably why you have not had any response from them, pretty crappy news really.
Hello,
Thank you for your help. This explains indeed. The only solution is to develop our own Cyberark solution :)

I am pretty annoyed by this actually, I made several attempts to get a response from them but they are not willing help.
David,
What are the other options really? Develop a similar much better solution?
Honestly I think that develop a similar product would be a huge task. From what I heard it's a CyberArk is a good product.
I think that one day someone from CyberArk will understand the value of an integration. We are working on a BeyondTrust integration after the contacted us to help them with a customer. This could happen as well with CyberArk.

David is there another way i can contact you other than via the forum?
