Cisco AnyConnect Hangs at Prompt

Output below. I've tried 2 different end points (we're a software company and connect to our various customers to provide support)
I just started evaluating your product and am setting up various test examples.
I did notice that it's taking a while to get to the Username prompt. Maybe it's expecting it quickly?
