But i cant find any settings to add it.

Hi,
You can pre-configure a proxy in the RDP connection. In the VPN/Tunnel/Proxy section located when you edit a RDP connection. Select "Use existing VPN" or select you VPN/Proxy type.

How do you configure your proxy with mstsc (Microsoft RDP client)? Is it a VPN or another application?

Hello if i use mstsc i cant connect to a pc outside of a network .
i only connect to server in the company.
but i wanna go to an pc outside of the company network.
so i need to add Proxy credentials.
There is not built-in proxy in RDP. You need to use an ssh connection or a VPN. As far as I know there is not solution if you can make it work with mstsc.
