Inject Password into a script/macro.

I have a strange situation that I'm hoping RDM can help with.

We regularly send out devices (mostly networking equipment) from our main corporate HQ. These are usually configured via SSH scripts which we've used for years. However one thing that has always been manual is the last step of changing the administrative password to the most recent revision.

Is there a way to have RDM pull out a password from a repository as a variable in an SSH script? (or is there some similar way to achieve the same thing)

I know that this would result in the password on the screen in clear text,...but I can easily minimize the time it's visible, and this task is being performed by trusted employees.
