Firefox Extension

We are using Remote Desktop Manager to log into F5 devices with Firefox. We installed the Firefox Extension so that we can right click and enter the login information. This was working for a while now we get an error after connecting to the device that Remote Desktop Manager is not running and I'm not sure how to resolve this issue because it seems to be running. Probably something silly but any help would be greatly appreciated.
