This seems to have started after installing the Firefox add-on. We have "data" type sessions automatiaclly showing up in the session list of the database. For various websites we visit (that request credentials) a data type connection is automatically populating into the database. How do I make it stop? What is the purpose of this?
didn't firefox ask you to save the credentials that you had entered?
Maurice
Yes. You kind of answered this issue for me in my other post/thread. Firefox tries to "save" my passwords using the RDM add-on, and that's where it puts them (I had a screenshot in the other post). But to clarify...
Yes... Firefox asks to save the passwords, but it doesn't work. When I come back to that page later, it does not use the (supposedly) saved user name or password.
Am I doing something wrong?
Hi
I have confirmed that indeed the data-account is created, but the info it contains is not sufficient to perform automatic fill-in.
Whats <"interesting"> is that our Firefox extensions are our only browser extensions that can achieve that. Firefox is just much easier to extend. Since it was not a feature that we could implement in all browsers, it was never documented as a feature per se.
That being said, we will take the time and see if we can make it work as you could expect. It may take a few days though, times are hectic with the coming release.
Thank you
Maurice
