I am using the latest Beta version of Remote Desktop Manager and I am getting an error when connecting through RDP, which is a protocol error.
But When using the latest stable version 9.2.10.0 with the same settings I don't have a problem to the same windows 2008 R2 Server.
It's strange because we haven't changed anything in the RDP integration. Could you post more details about the error?

@David, don't know exactly what you wanted to know, but I do a connect to on ip adres with a specific port:
192.168.1.100:16024, and when using an older version it just works fine.
Perhaps a print screen of the error message

Here is the the message I got when connecting to the server.

Do you use RDM 64 bit or 32 bit? Could you try to specify the port in the port control instead of the host name.

I've just thought about something. Could you verify that RDM is not blocked by the Windows Firewall and by your Anti-Virus?
David Hervieux
Hello David, I am using the same setup for a lot of other RDP session on also high ports and don't have problem with those.
When using the olde 9.2.10.0 version I also don't have a problem.
Even when creating a new enty there is still a problem with only this particular port.
And when using the MS RDP I don't have a problem too.

That's why I suspect the Anti-Virus or the firewall. Perhaps the old version is already in the exclusion. You can try RDM 64 for a test.
