This is a very popular software to manage MySQL databases. (the login process is similar than SQL Management Studio login)
The trial version can be download from here: https://www.webyog.com/product/sqlyog
Unfortunately, I do not know the command line arguments to login automatically. :(

Could you check for us if it exists or maybe send them a request? Without an entry point there is nothing we can do.
