Hi,
We don't have the expertise yet. I have added to our todo list but we will need to evaluate if it's possible. If you know someone who is interested, we will gladly help him and pay for his work.

Hello,

We would like Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) as well, as we don't know which Hypervisor a specific VM is located on. We are able to add the VMM managed hypervisor, but the overview of where VMs are stored is in VMM.

Hi,
We have post about that:

https://forum.devolutions.net/topic17697-creating-session-to-connect-to-scvmm--vms.aspx

Does it help?

Perhaps you have another solution or an executable we could integrate.

Hello,

I wasn't able to use the suggested settings. Just get an empty list.

Settings/result: http://imgur.com/a/gOaLI

For details on extending VMM, see:
* Virtual Machine Manager Add-in SDK https://msdn.microsoft.com/nb-no/library/jj860311.aspx
* Cmdlet Reference for System Center 2012 - Virtual Machine Manager https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh801697.aspx

I suppose either of these would be usable for creating a plugin. I am not a developer, so I can't be at much assistance here.

Hi,
I will enter a feature request.

Hi,

what about this feature?
Does it come with the next release?
In the latest beta, I also get an empty list.

It's not implemented yet

Hi,
as proposed in the mail of your support, I would like to post a feature request for a SCVMM synchronizer.
We are currently using the Hyper-V Synchronizer. The problem is that we have t create a synchronizer for every Hyper-V Host.
So it would be a big advantage if there would be SCVMM Synchronizer available which could sync all managed Hyper-V hosts.
Do you think you can implement that ?

Nils

Do you have an idea how we could get access to the SCVMM data?

Not in detail. What I know is that the data is stored in a database called VirtualManagerDB under MS SQL Server.
The database is running under an SQL server instance whose name is freely selectable.

Thank you for the information
