Templates drop configured Subconnections

Templates drop configured Subconnections

avatar

When i create a template for remote desktop the added subconnections (eg. Intel AMT, FTP and Web) disappear from the template afterwards. Therefore i have to set up the subconnections every time, or copy one of the already existing remote desktop sessions when i create new remote connections from templates.

I tried to set up a complete template and then export it to the same location as my data base file, restart and then try Again, but nothing i try out seems to Work.

When i go out of templates i always click OK.

Ok,
Just to be sure I understand

1. You create a template with some sub-connection and with the Save As Template?
2. You create a new entry from this template and you loose the sub-connections

I'm see the same issue. It occurs when I create a new template or edit an existing template from within the Template(manager). I can create the sub-connection but once I click OK to save the template and then re-open the template for editing it gone.

Save As will work as long as I don't change the template name which is not usable because the template name become the host name of the session I saved as a template. Once I change the template name to something generic like "Production Servers" the sub-connections are all deleted.

Thank you for the bug report. I have entered it in our system. Just to add more details, does it happen with the local and the shared template?
