Legacy License Key

We recived a license mail which says: How to use your new key If you’re using version 2025.1 or later: You can use the new universal key across all products and solution packages. If you’re still on a version prior to 2025.1: You’ll need to use your legacy license key instead. Log in to the Devolutions Portal to access it. When I access the portal, I am able to see our universal license, but no where to get the legacy key. How to proceed? We are currently using RDM in Version 2023.1.29.0 64-bit and are not able to upgrade currently.

Not able to contact for a software trial

Hi, I'm trying to contact you from last week to have the support to start a trial of your product but nobody is replying to me. I would like to test Devolution Server on my premise that has not Internet connectivity. The activation is required to me to evaluate the sharing functionallity and the PAM feature. Licenses are not perpetual any more?

Dear Devolutions, We used to buy licenses once in a few years to be able to get updates. I.e. with expired license RDM was working. But right now I see "No enterprise licese found" with yesterday expired RDM license. Is this behaviour changed? P.S. Another problem is your store is under maintenance now.
