wake on lan
hi i had downloaded remote desktop manager trial version, my purpose is to start my PC using wake on lan option but i am not able to start.
i get a message magic packet sent but no response let me know if there is any configuration.
PC used Dell desktops

Hi,
Do you are on the same LAN, or do you use a VPN ? Do you know if the computer is configured in the BIOS to accept the WAKE ON LAN?

does WOL of the Enterprise-version work over a VPN, or only inside a LAN?

Only inside a VPN, we send the magic packet and it not broadcasted over a VPN
