Hi,
If you upgraded to the version 5.6.1 and you use the integrated security with a user without sysadmin right, you will see that by default the user is no longer adminsitrator. You must add in Remote Desktop Manager the Windows user (MyDomain\User) and give it security access. The other solution is to create an SQL Server user and share this user instead of the integrated security.

Use the user sa to create new user or use a user with the sysadmin role.
