You need a LIC-file, the IP address and a password to connect.

No, I open the Barracuda tool, choose my connection, enter the password and click "connect"
The connection is defined in the tool with the IP and the LIC-file.

Maybe you could contact them to see if it's possible to add a command line feature? Without that, there is nothing we can do.
