I finally was able to get it to fail. The following was found in the Application Log after restarting Remote Desktop Manager:

I'm using Dropbox as a datasource and only connecting to Windows 2012R2 and Windows 7 computers/servers. Like Hans, I have realized today that it is crashing on new connections randomly; not all new connections are doing it.

Now, as I'm trying to duplicate this, it won't fail. I'm not sure why it is suddenly working. I upgraded RDM today, and it has been crashing on double-click all day until now.

Since upgrading to RDM 3.6.0.0, RDM has been crashing if I double-click any connections in my session list. I can single click, and then click Open Session on the Dashboard, and the session will work without crashing. If I double-click, RDM crashes and makes me close it. I have tried to send the error, and it says send failed.

I have a MacBook 13-inch, Retina, Early 2015, 3.1GHz i7 with 16GB of memory running OS 10.11.6. I do use dropbox as my datasource.

Right. I thought I must have forced a reconnection the first few times.

Has anyone else experienced the RDP sessions automatically reconnecting when logging off with version 2.5.3.0?

I'm still getting the white screen too, and I'm wired on our gigabit network with our servers on site.

I just want to add that I am having the same issue where my RDP sessions will just turn white, but using the 2.0.4.0 release. I reconnect always fixes it. I regularly connect to Windows 7, Server 2008R2 and 2012R2 servers.

First, I'm on OS X 10.10.1 using RDM
My RDM has been unstable lately when copying, cutting and pasting. By copying/cutting, I mean both copying hightighted text to the clipboard and also when right-clicking on files to copy/cut and paste in a different directory. The same thing happens when I use the keyboard control+c, control+x and control+v. Any idea what is going on?

Also, when copying text, it will randomly not allow me to either copy from the RDP session back to my mac, or my mac back to my RDP session. I also have issues with my RDP session thinking keyboard keys are stuck after using the mac "print screen" commands. By "stuck", I mean it thinks the control key is press, alt, windows key, or shift. It has always been a different key that it thinks is stuck or pressed, so not I just tap all of these keys, on both sides of the keyboard, if I had to grab a screenshot from the mac OS. No problem report is generated for this problem.

I am on a OS X 10.10.1 and RDM 11.1.3.0

I am emailing my bug report to support now.

Done. I just sent you two RDP files and enabled debugging.

I've been having the majority of my RDP sessions to freeze after logging in since I applied the last two updates. Most of my issues leveled out before these patches, except problems with copy/paste, caps lock sticking, and the random crashing of the applications. Any idea what's going on? How do I enable debugging to send you logs? My coworker is also having the same issue from his mac.

I am running OS 10.9.2 and Remote Desktop Manager 0.9.56.0 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012).

Thanks,
Robert
