RDM still starts up and prompts to "Go Offline" and I can immediately click go online (Orange world icon bottom right on the status bar) and it will turn green.

We use Azure SQL with "Active Directory Interactive (with MFA support)" with "Azure App Settings" configured and are using version 2019.1.25.0 64bit.

Intermittently I get a connection error as below and screenshot, doesn't seem to be a pattern. It doesn't seem to be related to how long I take to go through the login process as I initially thought it might be a timeout issue.

When we lock the application we are unable to lock it, the only way is to kill the process and open fresh.

When using the option of "Copy Host Name" against an RDP session when computer is filled in using the variable "$SITE_INFORMATION_IP$" the clipboard is filled with "$SITE_INFORMATION_IP$" instead of the contents of the variable, connection work ok just not copying.

Credential Entry: "DomainAdmin" (as below)
Name: $DOMAIN$\$USERNAME$

Username: administrator
Domain: tfg.local
Password: SuperSecretPW1

Credential Entry: "UserCred" (as below)
Name: $DOMAIN$\$USERNAME$
Username: users_name
Domain: $COMPANY_DOMAIN$
Password: SuperSecretPW2

Structure:
Folder (Type: Company; Cred>Credential=Cred Repository: "DomainAdmin")
L > Cred DomainAdmin
L > Cred UserCred: Looks like "\ashley" instead of "tfg.local\ashley", see picture

When the cred User cred is used for RDP with the option (the only one i have tested) "Open (Select credential entry)" it doesn't send the domain instead it uses the computers domain that rdm is running on.

If you specify a search for a name it doesn't include subconnections, I don't know if this is by design or not but it would good if there was an options to switch the search to include subconnections.

We would like to have variables like $COMPANY_GENERAL_DOMAIN$ and $COMPANY_GENERAL_IP$ and $SITE_GENERAL_IP$ that reference the fields in "Folder>edit>information>general". The IP one would be especially good for the way we separate out sites and if a site/wan IP changes makes it very easy to update for multiple connections at once.

We have generic passwords across all our supported customers that we change regularly.

Our setup is a folder for each separate customer/domain set the credentials: "Credential Repository" -> "\Common password" which is of course a credential entry.

In "\Common password" we have the domain set to a variable of $COMPANY_CUSTOM_FIELD1$ which we have set in "\Customer1,2,3,etc" to be each of there domain names, this is inherited down through sites, folders and devices to even sub-connections and works perfectly.

It would just be good to use the IP and Domain fields instead of having to repurpose "CUSTOM FIELD1".

This Macro doesn't seem to have a key/code for the Windows Key which is limiting if you want to do something like {WIN}+r cmd{ENTER} echo bunch of commands

We like to have our main connection to a server RDP for obvious reasons, as sub connections its good to have iDrac/iLo, "Citrix (Web)", although "HTTP/HTTPS" seems to work now (I seem to recall it not previously).

The ISSUE: When you right click the subconnection and click "Prompt for Host" this is a flicker, no prompt, and the primary connection just opens.

This is a cause of frustration as you are forced to have 2 subconnections (we use secured portforwards not a VPN to access remote sites). 1 for remote access to a wan address and port, and another for lan access to the same device.

3 yrs "Prompt for Host" does work for Sub Connections

We have a standard folder structure we use for customers, when we have created this folder structure and Right-Clicked Save as template.

We we "Add" -> "Add from template" -> "Folder" there is a popup "New Group Name" with 2 fields "Template Name" with a prefilled uneditable "Folder". The second field "Group Name" is editable and you put in "Customer 1". This successfully creates that folder in the folder tree with the name "Customer 1"

The ISSUE: If you edit that item, in the "Name" near the top of the windows it says "Folder", and of course if you edit something else (any other tab or detail) and save, the name of that folder/item changes from "Customer 1" to "Folder".

We use the site folders to separate out equipment and have stored each sites URL/IP in that folders "Information>Custom Fields>Custom #1".

We then reference the variable $SITE_CUSTOM_FIELD1$ in almost all connections within this folder (we connect remotely using restricted port forwards), we have noticed that when we have "Citrix (Web)" as a subconnection of another entry we can specify this variable successfully.

The ISSUE: When we use "Citrix (Web)" as a regular connection (not a subconnection) we cant use the variable as it throws an error "Invalid URL".

This can be worked around by refactoring but not everyone has that permission.
