You would need to create a portable version of RDM. Launch an SSH entry and see if this issue occurs.

We will need to know the result of this test.

Strange, I think the portable version of RDM is still the best way to find what might cause this issue.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any "Freeze" occur during both of your recordings. Would it be possible for you to create a portable version of RDM and see if this issue occurs after launching a single SSH entry? If it doesn't please try to gradually open more sessions and see if this issue still occurs.

In short, if you are responsible for the log, you can use the "flag as closed" feature without being an administrator. This situation can occur if you are the one who has opened the connection. That being said, the administrators will always be able to use this feature on all entries.

It is not possible at the moment to grant this permission to a user.

According to my tests, this key is not currently supported. but that is something I will need to confirm this with our Engineering Department.
That being said, could you please clarify what you are trying to achieve? I might then be able to find a way to do this in RDM Android.

I have been able to reproduce this issue using the latest version of RDM Free. A ticket has been opened on this and I will be in touch shortly.

In the meantime, you can go under the "My Serials" section of your Devolutions Account, copy the RDM Free serial there and add it under Help -> Register Product -> Use Serial in RDM.

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to reproduce this issue using the information you have provided us.


I suspect that performing a "Force Refresh (CTRL + F5)" will allow you to receive the prompt to enter your credentials once more in RDM.
That being said, what type of data source are you currently using?

Since you are currently unable to use RDM, I would recommend to close RDM and then go under your %LocalAppData% -> Devolutions and move the RemoteDesktopManager folder to your desktop.

Once this is done, launch RDM once more. The application should be launched with its default configuration. If that is the case, you will be able to enter your current serial and configure a connection to your Data Source to have access to your entries.

In order to apply these settings to multiple entries at once, you could use one of the 2 following methods:

1- Use the Edit (Special Actions) -> Custom PowerShell Command feature to run the following commands on your entries:

2- You go under File -> Templates -> Manage Template and create a Template with these settings already configured. Doing so will allow you to use the "Open with Template" feature to launch any of your entries with those settings:

In order for you to be able to provide some entries stored in your private vault to your users without doing an Export/Import, you would need to do the following.

1- Select the entries from your private vault that you wish to add to your main.
2- Right-Click on them
3- Select "Clipboard" -> "Copy"
4-Make sure that the "Change ID" option is checked in the "Copy Options window
5- Move to your Main Vault, select the folder in which you wish to add your entries and Right-Click on it
6- Select "Clipboard" -> "Paste"

Hello,

My apologies, the option I mentioned above only determines what happens when the terminal receive the code ASCII BELL. This usually happens when we attempt to use backspace and that there is nothing to delete in the terminal.


After verification with our engineering department, the option you are looking for is already on their todo list. We will inform you once it has been implemented.

I suspect that our SSH Shell entry type already has what you are looking for.

Could you please in the properties of an SSH Shell entry, under Terminal -> Advanced and change the "Bell Behavior" to "Sound":
