If you run the task manually, are you prompted for credentials?

Also, is the user performing the task an Administrator? If not, you can enable the option Enable synchronization by non-administrators in Administration -> Data Source Settings -> Application -> Type Settings;

If that doesn't help, Could you please go in File -> My Data Source Information and send us the report? You will see a blue envelope in the report;

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply.

What you can do is create a task in the Task Scheduler that will run a command line.

That command line will in turn make use of our Protocol Handler to execute the process in RDM.

Hello,

Just to confirm, are you using version 14.0.6.0 or is it 13.0.6.0? You can confirm this in Help -> About.

I'm asking this because we have a new licensing system in place and the licenses we generate only work with RDM version 14 and above.

If you do have a version below 14, please send us an email to sales@devolutions.net so we can generate a new one that will work for your older version.

The other solution for you would be to simply update RDM to version 14.

I tested with our cloud login portal https://cloud.devolutions.net and did not find any issues with a login web entry and more than one account in a password list.


Can we test the website you're having issues with or is it an Internal URL?

Do you experience the same issue on other websites?

Improvements have been made to the MySQL data source however this is still in beta.

I can confirm myself that I have issues when connecting to a MySQL database with RDM 14 Beta.


The issues you're encountering today will be addressed in the next beta releases.

In the meantime, if you revert back to 13.6.7.0 and restore a backup of your database, does it work?

Hello,

Our QA department is recreating the issue on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 Standard.

We do not have an ETA for the fix as this is not an easy one to address.

The current workaround is to update the system(s) running RDM to Windows 10 for Desktops and Windows Server 2016 & newer for Servers.

I checked with my team and instructions on TeamPass do not seem very clear.

What we think for you is missing is the option Always prompt with list.

Could you please check that option and then click on the ellipsis button next to the Account field too see if it retrieves your credentials?

Hello,

This can be done with Variables.

This will allow you to put the variables in your case username & password, in the command line entry.

Those variables will take the values on the session where you're running it.

Hello,

What you can do is create a Macro/Script/Tool entry;

I believe the one you would choose is Command Line;
https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/macroscripttools_commandline.htm

With that created, simply open your session and in the Dashboard, you will have the ability to select that command line entry and execute it on your session.

It can also be done from the context menu.
