Custom Login Page Title not working after 2026.3.3 upgrade

a value of "PowerShell Universal" is not displayed on the login page, but what works is:
"PowerShellUniversal"
"PowerShel Universal"
"PowerShell Universa"
this looks like a bug (some regex or search&replace) to me.
any idea what changed and/or how to fix?
