2026.3.1.1 Issues

Remote desktop connectons to remote servers:

1. mouse cursor doesn't change to double head arrow when moved to the edge of a window. So I can't change the size of the window within RDP by dragging the mouse.
2. Function keys do not work. In particular, in SQL management studio, I can't press F5 to execute a SQL statement. Alt-X still works in the latest version of Management Studio.
