Public beta channel

With how many bugs have been in the 2026.3.x releases, I think it would be beneficial to have a public beta channel so releases can be tested and bugs can be identified before being pushed to production.

@akapsch We will do this for the next release. The other products do beta releases as well so we have a defined workflow for it in house.
