Add ability to create "System Identity" tokens using Grant-PSUAppToken

There doesn't seem to be a parameter for "System" yet, and using the API directly I can't seem to create a system identity or token at all.

@realslacker Good catch. We'll get the cmdlet and API extended to support this. I've opened an issue in our tracker and will update this thread once implemented.
