Role creation and personnalisation

Hello,
As discuss with DVLS support, the new "Role" feature available in the beta v2026.3.1.0 is a nice improvement for right and permissions management. However we can't create nor customize new roles for the moment.

Hello,
The governance we would like to use for right management is to restrain certain users, user groups and vault management. For example, Vault A will have 3 kind of user groups (set with 3 distinct roles) and the vault administrator (from one of the 3 groups) have the possibility to manage (add users, delete and see) only the 3 groups that are linked to the vault. This organization allows us to have multiple department inside one instance of Devolution Server.
I know its not how the roles feature works for now, but I hope in the future it will be possible.
