Support for Special Characters (e.g., £) in RADIUS MFA Authentication

CLIENT REQUEST

We have configured MFA via an external RADIUS server (RCDevs), which works correctly for most users. Users whose passwords contain special characters (e.g., £) are unable to log in because RDM does not correctly recognize these characters, causing the verification on the RCDevs side to fail.

Other special characters (e.g., !) work normally.

Broader support for special characters in the RADIUS MFA authentication flow would be helpful.
