New-PSUPublishedFolder -DefaultDocument

As far as i know it can only be configured in the .universal/publishedFolders.ps1 witch unfortunately hides this awesome feature unless you read the docs. It works quite well and saved me a bunch of time.
Please consider adding it to the published Folders settings modal long term :D

@Dynamic66 Nice catch! I was unaware this wasn't in the UI. I've opened an issue in our backlog to expose this properly.
