Duo Prompt SMS button not working in DVLS
When the Duo prompt is presented the SMS button does nothing. The application has SMS an an allowed method. Phone call and push are working.
The behavior is not tied to a single user, computer, or browser. Any ideas?

To help us investigate further, could you please provide the version of Devolutions Server you are currently using?
Additionally, could you confirm whether the SMS button works elsewhere than in the web interface, such as in Remote Desktop Manager or Devolutions Password Manager (Devolutions Workspace)?
With this information, I will be in a better position to reproduce the issue and, if necessary, report it to our development team for further investigation.

We're using DVLS 2026.2.9.0. I've not been able to get it to prompt me for MFA outside of through a web browser, whether that is accessing DVLS directly or adding a workspace in RDM, Workspace, or Launcher where it just opens an embedded browser or the default browser to complete authentication.
