"Create New" option in select dropdowns

Hello,

having a "Create New" option would be very handy in all select options in the admin console.

Example: You want to create a new app, and in the creation modal, you need to select an auth role that does not exist yet. It would be nice to have a "New" option to create one on the fly without navigating to a different page.

I have encountered this in other programs recently and believe it would be a very nice quality-of-life improvement for PSU.
