App crashing with error : Missing closing '}' in statement block or type definition

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 5.4.2

We have an app tat works well but is constantly crashing with error

Missing closing '}' in statement block or type definition.

If we edit the code, add a blank space or a comment , save and reload. It fixes the issue.

Anyone has experienced this in the past ?
