Cannot login using a local account
Product: PowerShell Universal Version: 5.6.8
Just upgraded to 5.6.8 from 5.6.7.
Honestly, I can’t tell if the issue was there for longer.
I tried to login using a local account and got this error:
Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

I have reset the password for that account and it works again.
Odd.
Before I could enter just anything and got this error.
Maybe another JS and cache issue.
